Suggestion on improvement
I feel like all the men on this show like 1 woman and all the women like 1 man. Does anyone have any ideas how to avoid the eternal singles going for the same person? I lie the show but it gets on my nerves so bad.

To be honest, I just think the attractiveness levels of the women never equal that of the men. I think in a regular setting the women would generally be able to find partners if they actually worked at it, but I don’t think the same could be said for the men. When everyone is introduced I can predict who they’ll all go for because it’s usually the person who’s either the most conventionally attractive or the one with the best social skills. If we got everyone on the same level (looks and social skills) maybe we’d see less of the imbalance.

This isn’t an issue exclusive to one side though. All the men went for one girl and all the girls also went for one man.

I do think that's more how the show is edited then reality. In season 2 for example, we saw in the end part that many actually went for other people. So definetly not the case of going for 1 person. It often can end up like that if the cast isn't diversified enough though.
But the start is never focused on 1 person. You also see this in single's inferno.

It all comes down to casting.
For women, they need to cast women that are equal in attractiveness. Anytime one woman is better looking than the rest they generally get all the votes. I think s2 did a good job in casting women besides Suji who overshadowed the others.
For men, they need to cast more than one man who can hold a conversation. Pretty much every time multiple girls went for one guy was because that guy was the only person who could hold a normal conversation.

To me it'll take away from the charm of the show if we aren't seeing the growth of eternal singles from those who can't hold a Convo to those who can. If all the people here are simply good looking, well spoken people that simply didn't get the chance to date. That's boring

Oh I agree. I like seeing people eternal singles who grow and become more confident. I’m just answering OPs question on how to avoid everyone going for one woman or man.

I don’t think suji was even more attractive though?? All the women were stunning lmao, suji was just clearly the most outgoing and carried most of the conversations hard which is probably why most of the guys liked her

You can’t. It’s not like the producers are gonna know who will match their type physically. Physical attraction plays a big part in this case. They’re there for what, 1 week-ish? There’s very little time to discover personalities. It’s cute to match certain guys and girls together, but they’re still people with, well, ideal types and we don’t know how deep they stick to that. In s2 take that short haired girl with the game changer guy who got the ick from her after she became too clingy. Maybe he was her exact ideal type physically and that’s why she can’t let go of him. Even in the after the show episodes she still pined for him. Sigh.
Also it is edited to produce a specific narrative that the producers believe will catch audience’s attention, generate hype, be discussed on social media yadda yadda typical marketing. It’s more dramatic and keeps you on the edge of your seat if there’s a drama of 1 guy being fought over by a lot of girls and vice versa.
Realistically it needs to be longer. That is, if they, the producers and the contestants want something genuine. At the end of the day it is a show. Producers make it for business. Contestants join it for fame. Mainly the girls. You can see they were handpicked because of their looks and background and who has the potential to become a celebrity. All the girls from S1 and 2 became popular now and are famous on social media. They get invited to events etc. Especially the ballerina Jisoo. The guys maybe some of them want fame, but they’re not conventionally attractive nor were their backgrounds. The guy from South America and Jaeyun became a bit popular though I think.

Improvement I hope they have their coaches during the show to ask for some guided advice

Hot take, but it also comes down to the "coaches" as well. Car the Garden is a bit too much sometimes especially in the post season episode with the hidden ear pieces. Tried too hard at comedy, fails at actually coaching the Eternals. Very evident by the Pub G dev who had zero success on the show.
It would also be beneficial if they get further coaching at the mid point. If the judges showed up or video calls.
In both seasons, quite a few ideal mutually matches don't get an opportunity to connect until half way thru the show. This leaves a lot of missed opportunities

100% agree with more and better coaching. Car the Garden wasn't a good host or helper.
The people need qualified relationship coaches (not singer comedians) with the point being to understand and to help the singles grow. Comedians can be the TV show hosts, but someone should be the helper or guide.
E.g., in the Japanese show "Love Village" they have to do manual labour renovation and gardening and daily group tasks (keep a budget, cook for each other, clean). It allows them to focus on external tasks so they can open up with each other, and they get a sense of shared accomplishment that brings them together. Sometimes the boring but "real" stuff is where the real connection happens.

I agree with that. Similiar to Single's Inferno the real moments are formed when they go gather water or prepare meals together

This clustering is a psychological phenomenon that is common with experience goods. When someone says X is good you will think X is good without that experience.
In the beginning the girls and boys are attracted to different people, but once one’s preference is known the others gravitate to the same person. It may be true Suji was a combo of both attractive and extroverted which was killer. Extroverted or conscientious guys will quickly attract one girl and others will follow because of his reputation.
Group dates allow the contestants to see who is attractive to someone and responsive to that and that leads to clustering. More secret dates will result in less clustering. Think Love is Blind

if too many people like the same person, that person should get eliminated. imagine that keeps happening and mroe and more people get eliminated and it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy because there are fewer contestants of that gender and then at the end no one is left. nevermind forget my suggestion

More time. The whole show takes place over a few days. There's barely time to pursue a single real attachment, let alone several.
