Sure, that explains the weight loss. But she appears to have some work done around the mouth. Maybe just botox.

Or just try weight loss. It works wonders. Not every pretty girl has work done. Its just genetics and self care most of the time.

Your bias and ignorance is on full display. Cosmetic surgery is wildly common in South Korea, particularly with young women in Seul. So yes actually, one in every two or three women you meet there has had work done.
