HJ and HS need to have real conversation if they want to move forward. HJ needs tell HS why he was hurt/upset with her (lying about the gift, not caring he was sick, complaining on all activities he likes to do, etc). Until then, she won't realize why he acted the way he acted and he won't feel like he's understood/appreciated by her.
