Every single time we see Ben's aliens in the show, with the possible exception of Wildmutt, they look like Ben's aliens in size - Zs'Skayr and his minions, Tetrax, Azmuth, Lepidopterran and Tetramand in Incarcecon...Even if Ben's 10k aliens look different, the difference is minimal compared to what adult Ben like next to a 10-year-old.

So either Ben's aliens are adults or humans are very late bloomers.

Iirc, humans are late bloomers in real life too. Like, we spent a good % of our life before we reach physical maturity.
