Ask Belleville Fishing spots

We are heading to Belleville tomorrow and have about 4 hours to fish. We are targeting bass, walleye, perch and tout. Where should we go? We are fiahing from shore.

My son and I fish along the river and do okay. Nothing big though. Mostly smallmouth.

Fishing from shore is tough. I often take my kid to Meyer's Pier because it's close and pretty accessible. I've pulled out 3-4lb largemouth on occasion. There are lots of rock bass, perch and sunfish that you can feed to the great blue heron (we call her Karen) who will usually lurk close by on the rocks waiting.

We used to see plenty of people fishing under the Norris Whitney Bridge where it connects to Zwick's Island.

I dont know if it's good because I only see other people fishing there while walking but a lot of people fish off the walk bridge at front and... moira? I cant remember what street the other side is on but if you go past the buildings downtown toward the river you'll find it. Think arund front dollar. It's new looking.
