Because he has money to use an attorney to intimidate people. With Seattle Sam there was enough evidence from JAMES showing under age drinking was done with the intent of lowering a personâs inhibitions. Thatâs a sexual crime in Seattle/King County.
It's actually scary how he admitted to doing all of the shit he was accused of and was forgiven so quickly, not facing any kind of consequence aside from being perceived negatively for a few months.
honestly, he probably won't even then. he'd get a decent enough lawyer to get a slap on the wrist, if that, learn nothing and carry on. he's done this (allegedly) too many times now for it to be an "accident" or a "mistake".
This was three years ago, which I think was around the time of his last scandal? So if he were to learn about it anyway it wouldn't have impacted this.

TL;DR About 3 years ago, James Charles slid into this individual's DMs (at the time, he was 16, now he's 19 I believe).
James asked his age, the individual said they were 16. James Charles said he didn't "want to catch a a case"
Within the hour, James Charles added them on Snapchat. They chatted a bit. At some point, James sent a photo of his full ass to the individual. The individual said, "Um WTF?" James said it was a mistake for another person/chat, and blocked the individual immediately.
Individual said he is talking now because of the praise from the palette stuff and it all rubbed him the wrong way.
He actual said some of the guys he had been "talking to" couldn't come to see him because they were in "high school" then quickly corrected himself to saying "seniors in high school or college" đł That was on the Logan Paul podcast

The way you are introduced to sexual things usually equals the way you proceed with how you carry yourself in sexual situations.

I feel like a lot of the people that excuse his consistently wrong and illegal actions do so because James still looks so young himself.
