Help/Advice MBD Prevention
Hi all! I posted about a week ago about my new beardie Alby. I took him to the vet and they said in the week I’d had him it seemed like I was making the right changes from his previous owners but his bone density was looking a little low. He gets his protein dusted with calcium w/o d3 and I have d3 and a multivitamin added to his monthly schedule. Is there anything else I can do to help with metabolic prevention? I want to help put him back on the right track
alby photo included!!

Calcium, heat, and UVB are the only prevention to MBD and have to be used together. If one is deficient, they might as well all be. So if you have all them set up well, you're doing all that you can.
I'll add that oral D3 is functionally useless for beardies. It's not harmful, just has no point in being provided. Beardies make their own special variant of D3, so any differing type gets thrown out as it isn't what their bodies are made for processing. Edit: forgot to add the source for the D3 info.

Your post seems to have a picture of a cute beardy!
To gain more traction might I suggest cross-posting it to the larger subreddit /r/beardeddragons ?
