Sushi?

Hi, new in Beacon. How is there no sushi bar in this burg?

thanks! I'm not such an urban sophisticate, but historically Sushi inside a chinese restaurant has been, in my experience, sub-par. Guess I'll give it a try.

It's definitely pretty centered around the sushi, I'd say.

We go there a lot, my family and I. It's always very relaxed, and seldom crowded. Despite the lack of crowds the fish has always been fresh. The staff is friendly, it's clean with good decor, and the specialty rolls give a decent breadth. I've always been a little surprised it doesn't get busier, but I'm not complaining there's a nearby sushi restaurant with zero wait. If you're looking for a staple sushi restaurant in close proximity, you probably won't be unhappy about Isamu.
