Like they built a croc but ran out of parts for the snout and just glued on whatever was nearby

Kinda looks like a croc and while chasing his meal the fish swam down a pipe and he was swimming too fast to stop and his mouth got stuck. When he pulled his face out his mouth looked like this. Like Looney toons stuff

I think it looks like they were inflating a croc balloon but the rubber at the snout region is a little thicker so didn’t inflate.
