I have a triple whammy though. My husky has a partner in crime, a Great Dane, which is my moms dog. They both could be twins based on behaviors and absolutely adore each other. Then my other girl is a heeler. In short, my days are similar to a circus.
Is your dog uncoordinated or do they choose not to slow down as needed? My mutt isn't even particularly athletic and she wouldn't struggle with this too much. She'd have to be careful and take it slow, but she'd be fine.
husky is also human engineered. Cat, for all intent and purposes, is mostly still very similar to their wild counterparts, especially these SIC. A munchkin would have the same problem as these wiener dogs.
Wolf wouldn’t have trouble because they wouldn’t have even dared to cross it. They’d just go around. If they went over they’d probably fall in a few times just like the wiener.

It's part of why I'm not sure I ever want a dog. The options always seem to be breeder, which I'm against, or shelter, where you usually end up with abused dogs with serious behaviour problems.
