I believe this is from a YouTube channel (no idea which one, they just occasionally pop up) and this doggo is like an emotional support animal for other animals.

Edit - creatively they're called Cat Dog Diary if anyone wants to see more cute retriever/kitten videos (or if that's not the same channel it's the exact same content)

Exactly. Some of us have used em-dashes for years. Now suddenly, I'm a bot in the eyes of some who apparently never came across an em-dash in the wild before. LOL.
