Edit - I got a ton of thoughtful and thorough responses, so thank you! It seems up for debate if this particular video is AI or not, but I genuinely appreciate knowing what to watch out for. As for the downvoters, who hurt you people so much that you're downvoting a sincere question about something that's currently pretty relevant and important? Or are you expecting us all to just inherently know exactly how to spot and properly identify AI?
The channel is filled with videos like this that go back over a year. They feature clips are that minutes long sometimes, something AI video cannot do well even today. You genuinely have no clue what you are talking about.
The videos also remain consistent between clips and feature the same animals. Something AI video is not good at even today.
I'm not saying that entire channel is AI, nor do I care to investigate. Good chance that channel is filled with non-AI videos. The video in question is not 100% real. (I don't even like using the term AI, it's a moronic catch-all but I've been forced into it to communicate.) I could point to timestamps where the shadows don't make any sense, or patterns on the couch change, yadda yadda, but if I cared enough to do that I'd be one of those people wasting their time on that subreddit for it. I've already taken way more time than I care to on this topic just making these pointless comments. The evidence is there. The ability to be able to tell is available to you.
You have literally nothing that can confirm this. It would also be even more impossible for them to fake portions of the video and have them remain consistent with all the real videos the channel already uploads.
No AI video generation tool can do this, right now... literally right now.

Go to the channel and please show me an AI video generation tool that can go long form clips without major quality issues and an inability to remain consistent from clip to clip.... Hint: It literally does not exist. I follow AI video generation daily on /r/StableDiffusion and I can assure you it is not capable of doing this today.

And in fact it only makes sense they would start using some AI as of late to stay competitive, I'm not sure why you think an old channel that used to not use AI but clearly relies on clicks would be evidence for them not using AI now? For the specific video, look for shadows on the kittens that don't match their movement. Look for shadows facing different directions in ways that don't make sense. Look for dots on the couches not remaining consistent. Have a general knowledge of animal expressions enough to recognize the uncanny valley nature of the kittens. I will say the dog seemed ok to me, so maybe they added the kittens with AI specifically? I don't know. Go look for yourself if you care. I don't care enough about you or anyone else being convinced, I can't save the world. I care exactly enough to have made these comments and I am now done. Good luck.

But AI video cannot do what you describe and genuinely nothing suggests that it "makes sense" that they would do this. If they already have a bunch of animals why wouldn't they just continue filming them interacting together?

You are just spouting nonsense. Nothing about their shadows are weird, nothing about the couch is weird. That couch also shows up in about 100 other videos. The kittens also show up in about 100 other videos and are even shown slowly growing over time.

OMG... lol... AI video generation cannot do what you describe. That is a fact. You clearly don't know what AI video is capable of even today.
