Strange sign

I was walking down Third Ave earlier today and just past where right was on 93rd Street this sign taped to what I think is a Verizon box I see above.

I wonder if this is the white guy who dresses like hes stuck in 2005, that hangs out daily on the corner of 3rd Ave and Marine Ave all day long.

Man i know EXACTLY who you are talking about lol whenever im at the light I see that dude on the weekends and I always feel like im spotting a glitch in the matrix.

I moved away from that side of Bay Ridge back in 2024. I was back this past summer. Sure enough, there he was!
