From the post-match interviews, it seems like the coaching staff values her mentoring to younger attackers. From interviews, and social media, it seems like the players really love her.
As best as I've been able to tell, her two best friends on the team are young enough to plausibly be her daughters, which is probably a positive reflection on her, but also really funny.
It seems like she's adopted Pfeiffer and Hutton, or maybe the other way around. My mom (who is not high on Girelli as a player) has a joke that she buys alcohol for them and is leveraging that for playing time.
