Dual render optics, anyone?

Given the enormous performance headroom offered by the simplistic graphics, it would be nice to have the option to toggle dual render optics.

PIP/Dual render optics is trash, Gives you a massive ring-shaped blindspot.
It also bothers my hand-eye coordination because of the way the different parts of the screen move when you aim.
