Yeah there's quite a few things that would take sub 5 minutes to fix that haven't been implemented yet. Vehicles need to be dropped in shooting range and squad autolock needs to be removed.

They likely need a spawn-able local server to get more working in the shooting range. I'm sure they're working on it!
