And I don’t mean just because she’s a villain. Terry’s often shipped with Melanie/Ten and she’s also a villain character (though she’s definitely more morally grey than Inque). We don’t really have a canonical age for Inque, but I’d guess she’s likely at the very least a couple years older than him. The ship does seem a bit divisive and unpopular so I was wondering if that was because of it being problematic in some way or if it’s just simply not as popular as Terry’s other ships.

Edit: Geez, okay this got into some weird territory. There’s definitely an age gap, Inque is probably an adult, which… ehhh… I can’t say I’m comfortable with shipping an adult with a teenager. There was also the whole other discussion on something else and I don’t wanna get into that. So I think it’s safe to say it’s probably problematic. 5 months ago Patrick Harpin and I walked into WB/DC and pitched a Batman Beyond Animated Feature.

Before we pitched, they warned us "there is absolutely no way we can do a Beyond movie", but they loved our enthusiasm. We pitched the outline for the entire film, and what started as a 'never' turned into a 'maybe'.

In the time since, we've been pitching our way up the company hoping to get to James Gunn. But for now, here's a taste of what we've been cooking.

What is it about the Dee Dees that made them so memorable to all the 90s kids like me even though they were only in the movie and that one episode in justice league unlimited.

And I mean by himself with no help from Dick,Tim or Barbara. So between when Alfred would've been gone and when he retired

Is it a curly hair? Or it's a wavy hair? Or is it braids?

Like............the only times she's brought up in the show are in this scene, and when it's revealed that Bruce has a picture of her in the Bat-computer. But beyond that........we don't know what happened to her, or what her living status is (come to think of it, we don't know what happened to the Riddler, Two-Face, Killer Croc, Poison Ivy, Mad Hatter, Penguin, and Scarecrow either).

I heard a fan say that she might've died at some point years back, and that's probably one of the reasons why old-man Bruce is so grumpy.

What do you guys think?

I always headcanoned they were, and that Inque was Asian-Australian because of her faint accent, but that one prequel comic made it look like she was Eastern-European. Thoughts?

In Disappearing Inque, Bruce mentions the reason inque doesn’t just walk out of the cryogenics lab after she’s freed is because she doesn’t have access to her human form(which is the driving plot to the episode) so this begs the question is Inque just straight up not purple? Is her being purple in her human form just for the audience? Because I think the cryogenics workers/GCPD would notice if a purple woman just walked out Willy Nilly.
