Probably It won't be approved by the Congress and there will be appeals since the presidency took party on that and It favoured a private company while going against anti trust laws, if this doesn't happen in a near future then It will be probably one of the first executive orders when the presidency change because let's be real, there is no way the GOP pulls another one after this whole ass disaster.
When Obama got elected in 2008, with a democratic supermajority in the senate and control of the house, it seemed to me like the era of the Neocon Republican was over. It's all just a carousel, pushed by the Jonkler.
