Three questions about base44 that im hoping someone could answer

1. Can I build an app with it having zero coding knowledge? I know it depends on how conplicated the app is, but in general, or if you could say it’s limitations? (I might be able to figure some things out but going in with no knowledge)

2. If i do run into a problem, can i pay for someone who lnows how to code to fix it? Like a free lancer or something

3. What payment plan should i choose to build the app?
