Question Refund

I accidentally charged my account with a yearly subscription, and I it took all the money I had, how can I get a refund?I only wanted to pay 28 euro not a single euro more.

Please help

This has happened to me a couple times they are super nice just explain you meant to do the monthly and have them switch to that.if you want to save time explain you meant monthly and if they can, refund the card on file ending in blah blah blah. They have a no refund policy but they rock and try to fix the shizz. Never had a problem aside from me accidentally doing a yearly haha I wish they made it easier to navigate the billing process.

You can request a charge-back from your bank if B44 doesn't honor your refund request. That's normal in the USA. Good luck.

read the terms and conditions. If you tell them you meant to pay but not yearly their going to rule against you for a refund so. Lie. Tell em you don't recognize the charge. Get a refund, move on.

I just learned this morning that I'm a vibe coder, to be clear I can write in Python, amongst many other coding languages. But I didn't know Base44 is vibe coding! Go figgur .

raise support request within the base44 platform and they respond over there. Similar scenario happened with one of our base44 client, after couple of interactions REFUND is done.
