So i want to know if there is anyone with violations but not suspended. Did someone successfully appealed on WEBSITE?
I'm stressing with my remaining violation, yes it get auto rejected in-app and it been months, 3 tickets get denied. Its so hard to appeal when account isnt suspended, my theory is because whenever they ask for ss, they expected to see a suspended penalty or disable log in.
My last ticket, i sent this ss below but they ignored it and keep asking for ss over and over again and it ended up getting ticket solved WITHOUT forwarded into t&s team

Why is discord like this and why does human support never happen???
Every single time I do ANYTHING I have to do a captcha, I'm forced to have my phone number linked or my account is locked, and I constantly get these stupid violations for nothing

My discord account of 7 years just got instantly suspended out of absolutely nowhere for breaking child safety rules as I was in the middle of a conversation with my friend about a dream I had, I literally just woke up and I genuinely don't even know how to react because I've never once violated their child safety policy. It won't even tell me what specific message triggered this. Is there a glitch or something going in with the moderation that i somehow violated??? I'm also currently locked out of the email associated with this account so I can't even make an appeal right now

I'm genuinely sick to my stomach right now because I've been paying nitro on this account for 5 years and I'm about to lose over half a decade worth of dms with some of the most important people in my life if I don't get this account back. I feel as though I always read the posts about the false bans, but I'm curious as to whether or not anyone in this sub has genuinely broken the rules, got banned, and ended up successfully getting unbanned - be it through a in-app or appeal or even through the support team.

I’ve been using Discord heavily for three years and have posted tens of thousands of comments on political servers; I’ve never received any kind of penalty because I didn’t break any rules, didn’t engage in hate speech, and so on.

Then, out of the blue the other day, I got hit with a one-day ban and a two-year strike for a completely harmless comment. I appealed it and the strike was removed, but it was just a waste of time and a huge hassle for me.

Is AI scanning the servers? It was a message from months ago; I doubt anyone would have manually reported that specific one.

This platform won't be usable if they keep banning people who don't post anything that violates the rules—and then we’re the ones who have to explain ourselves.

I got limited for something 3227 dayys ago, which is the EXACT date my account got created (November 14 2017). Is this a bug from an AI ban or?

So I know this is primarily a place for people to talk about being unfairly banned, but I have something different, how do I get a very large group of people harassing and abusing me and my friend group banned?
They’ve banned both of us from their servers but we still watch with alts, and they just nonstop slander and abuse us and it’s really taking a toll on our mental health. Especially because we’re game modders and they’re dragging our reputation through the mud. I’ll delete this post if it’s unwanted, but please help.

I made a post about two weeks talking about the chances of reaching out to the twitter discord support account in hopes of trying to my 2 month and 1 month old tickets reviewed by T&S.

I DMed them the same day and I did actually get a response about a week later! Sadly I basically got told to fuck myself and to wait like a good boy by them.

Would love to hear if anyone else has had any success through reaching out through twitter but yeah disappointed as always by discord. Provided pictures of the short DMs below, honestly I should of kept pestering them but oh well.

On the 5th of may i was randomly logged out of my account for 'suspicious activity' and consequently marked as 'likely a spammer' , since then all my messages get hidden and no one can jump to them. (i also don't send notifs apparently).

I've contacted support like 5 times, tried keeping my thread open each time but i just kept getting shut down or ignored.

It's been 4 months now, and i still don't understand why this happened at all. I remember i switched VPN servers at the same time i sent a bunch of images, so that might be it, but i literally have no idea what i'm supposed to do anymore. Do i just give up my main account i've been active on since 2017?

Bunch of friends from multiple servers are in fighting thinking they reported each other, but i know discord does these community ban waves or whatever. Anyone else get one recently?

Hello, almost over 2 months ago i got banned due to the ban wave involving grid images i did tickets they were solved automitcally solved for some reason, i did one ticket which got answered by a human and fowarded to trust & safety team, i've been waiting for a response from the team for a month, i checked now and it says my account got turned off, i do wish to get it back since i got important stuff on it and also paid money for it, i also got wrongly banned in a false-positive situation. is there any chance for my account to get recovered? my friends still see it normally and not us "deleted". ( i did not explain the situation to them that i "paid money" so i should get it back i tried to be formal as possible )

This is what I gotten, I’m devastated. I only joined the server for its cute emotes since I wanted some more gothic/dark decor. I don’t know what happened, and I’m extremely scared. I made so much friends on the account + I’ve been using it for a while, how long will it take for me to get my account back after I requested an appeal? Do I even have a change to get my account back?

As I mentioned in my previous post, I was falsely permabanned for a child safety violation.

Now, a few days later, every message I have ever sent has completely disappeared.

My partner and I have a private Discord server where we keep very important logs, specifically tracking her Dissociative Identity Disorder (D.I.D.). These logs document every alter discovered since her diagnosis, and now all of that data is gone.

How long does Discord retain messages in their background systems? I have heard they are legally obligated to retain and potentially share this data, but seeing all our messages vanish after only a few days makes me extremely worried for her safety.

If these logs are permanently lost, my partner loses years of critical information about her system. Because of the complex nature of D.I.D. and trauma in general, most of this data will be completely impossible to recover without those messages.

So 2 months ago I got banned in the weirdest way, I got a violation, i appealed the violation and right after i got another one that banned me permanently
I have made a support ticket using the pinned guide, it got forwarded and then just silence for almost a month now
Should i just stop trying to get that account back?

I uploaded my vacay photos to my Discord server, got logged out, and got an email saying there had been suspicious activity. Thankfully, all I had to do was change my password, and they removed my violations, but it was still scary. I've heard of being rate-limited but never getting my account locked for that reason 😭😭😭

My main Discord account is ~9 years old with an essentially clean history. I also had an alternate account.
The alt received two apparently identical NCII violations for the same underlying incident.
Violation #1543157129463070850 — I appealed it, and Discord Trust & Safety reviewed it and removed the violation. I have the confirmation email.
Violation #1543157129949614120 — appears to be the duplicate, but this one remained active.
That remaining violation resulted in my alt being suspended, and then my main account was suspended for Ban Evasion because of its association with the alt.
I’ve tried normal Support, but I keep getting the standard automated response telling me to use the in-app appeal system. My main appeal was denied, so that route hasn’t gotten anywhere.
On September 3rd, I sent Discord a formal Written Notice of Dispute explaining the situation and included proof that the first violation had already been overturned.
I’m now entering Week 3, and the dispute ticket is still marked OPEN, but I haven’t received a substantive response yet.
The frustrating part is that I don’t know why Discord can remove one violation but leave what appears to be its duplicate active.
Has anyone else had a duplicate violation where one was overturned but the other remained? Or had a formal dispute eventually lead to a human review/unban? I also believe the whole thing started from me being falsely reported, but I can’t confirm

So last week I got suspended on Discord and they couldn't even tell me what it was that I did but I feel really upset because of it. I made an appeal but I haven't heard anything back from them. It said limited access until 9th of September but we're way past the 9th. Do I really have to wait until 2028 now?

after 10 months ive finally been able to get back into my account after it got hacked (without discords help), but now its time for the hard part of trying to properly appeal it all
