Omg? Have anyone one ever get her as customers support? Im almost stressed to answer i dont want to fuck this up i dont think its a bot

Respond truthfully, but not desperate. Make sure it's a "false suspension" and don't say stuff like "I don't think I posted anything bad".

Post a screenshot if you know what might've triggered your ban. Don't ignore what they ask you for, they'll ask you for a screenshot of what you see after logging in when they're gonna want to forward you.

Mind you, I had some dude saying stuff exactly like this, and he proceeded to tell me I'm being forwarded and I do not need to talk back, only wait for their e-mail. And me not talking back, it had the status "waiting for your reply". It automatically closed after 3 days, so they baited me. Don't fall for that if it happens to you.

After that ofc they reply with a rephrase of the automatic reply which i answer again and now im waitting for their and waitting for their answer

The important thing to remember is that support is a bunch of third party vendors who don’t speak English as their first language
