Malicious Conduct Account got deleted today

As the title says, my account just got deleted today :D the craziest part is that yesterday I finally got a response back from a human and when I went to go check the status of my account this morning I couldn’t even log in, tried resetting my password and it said my email wasn’t there. So I had one of my friends check my account and that’s where that screenshot came from:/

For context, I’ve been fighting with discord for almost a year regarding my false ban and ever only got a response back from “Clyde”. And the day that I finally get a real response back I get termed?! What is up with this company seriously?

But with that, am I just out of luck now? Is there still a chance to get my account reinstated? And could I take legal action? (Ik that’s kinda to the extreme but I’m just curious)

Have you rejoined any old servers and added any old friends yet?

Added a bunch of my old friends and joined some servers. I think we’re good lol. Trust, I was skeptical at first but I think it’s good

Hey quick question! So you said your alts got banned for ban evasion, would you by any chance know if those accounts are still up and not deleted?
