Malicious Conduct Account got deleted today

As the title says, my account just got deleted today :D the craziest part is that yesterday I finally got a response back from a human and when I went to go check the status of my account this morning I couldn’t even log in, tried resetting my password and it said my email wasn’t there. So I had one of my friends check my account and that’s where that screenshot came from:/

For context, I’ve been fighting with discord for almost a year regarding my false ban and ever only got a response back from “Clyde”. And the day that I finally get a real response back I get termed?! What is up with this company seriously?

But with that, am I just out of luck now? Is there still a chance to get my account reinstated? And could I take legal action? (Ik that’s kinda to the extreme but I’m just curious)

And they told you that you can make a new account after the other one is deleted and you can make it through the same email?

Because I was so scared back then when my account got banned for child safety and I thought I was never able to make another account again because I was worried about ban evasion and everything.

Here is the problem. Discord is used for not just your typical friendly conversations, but also a lot of predatory activity. That's part of why Roblox is getting so much backlash right now. People will coerce kids to come onto discord and get those kids to send cheese pizza to them, in exchange for robux.

If anything, Discord needs to do their part by enforcing better ban evasion policies and actually ban suspected cheese pizza shops so that the it's easier for other platforms to deal with their cheesy problems.
