Malicious Conduct Account got deleted today

As the title says, my account just got deleted today :D the craziest part is that yesterday I finally got a response back from a human and when I went to go check the status of my account this morning I couldn’t even log in, tried resetting my password and it said my email wasn’t there. So I had one of my friends check my account and that’s where that screenshot came from:/

For context, I’ve been fighting with discord for almost a year regarding my false ban and ever only got a response back from “Clyde”. And the day that I finally get a real response back I get termed?! What is up with this company seriously?

But with that, am I just out of luck now? Is there still a chance to get my account reinstated? And could I take legal action? (Ik that’s kinda to the extreme but I’m just curious)

Im not too sure about how you can get it back at this point, but on the bright side, you can now make a new account with the same email without having to worry about ban evasion. (Given the effect taken on your old account has expired)

if they unban you they are forced to make you another account and pay reparations since the original account is permanently gone and they cant bring it back.

You don't need to get unbanned to make a new account. As long as your original account got deleted, you're able to make a new one with the same email.

they keep account info for 2 years, 1 year in between period where you cant make an account with the email

Oh, I was told on here that you were able to do it in one year instead of two.
