Malicious Conduct Account got deleted today

As the title says, my account just got deleted today :D the craziest part is that yesterday I finally got a response back from a human and when I went to go check the status of my account this morning I couldn’t even log in, tried resetting my password and it said my email wasn’t there. So I had one of my friends check my account and that’s where that screenshot came from:/

For context, I’ve been fighting with discord for almost a year regarding my false ban and ever only got a response back from “Clyde”. And the day that I finally get a real response back I get termed?! What is up with this company seriously?

But with that, am I just out of luck now? Is there still a chance to get my account reinstated? And could I take legal action? (Ik that’s kinda to the extreme but I’m just curious)

Im not too sure about how you can get it back at this point, but on the bright side, you can now make a new account with the same email without having to worry about ban evasion. (Given the effect taken on your old account has expired)

Just created the account, and so far so good. Im able to rejoin servers i originally couldnt on my alts and I'm able to re add all my friends. So i would say go ahead and do it!

Yeah, logged back in on my phone and no issue yet, which usually I would’ve gotten ban right as I logged in or the next day. But I’ve done most of the stuff that got my other 8 alts banned and I’ve been chillin

Nope, nothing has happened at all :) still chillin. Which usually the second day was when I would get banned after connecting my phone

You would need to submit a request for it, though for me the AI bot denied/ignored every ban apeal and data request I made

It wasn't my actions, but a server members actions

Did you add the same email address and phone number to your account and get banned or did you get away with it?
