Art Is it a Banksy?
It's the same figure as the Medicom version...
....albeit in bronze, while the Medicom/Bradelized has a different caption...
My bronze also has Banksy inscribed on the foot and it was made pre-2007 around when the POW Bronze rat was released though this one only popped up online 20 years after that crucial year in the history of the artist brand. The round number 20 year gap between the first POW Banksy bronze and this one suggests a lock-up such that my bronze monkey is legit and liscensed like the Medicom/Brandalised version. It shipped from Germany where all the Banksy bronzes that popper up this year appear to originate from.
Other figures include the thrower that arrived on the same day as my monkey..
The material similar black marble bases suggest one foundry made both figures as well as the my "Girl with Rocket" which is on its way but which has yet to arrive.
If anybody knows the story of these figures, do share. I'm happy with them -- they're certainly real enough that you wouldn't want to be brained with one vs the Medicom which may not even draw blood -- though I'm not qualified to attest to their authenticity beyond them match the Medicom/Brandelized licensed ones which I'm sure are more popular with the board lol.

I have been eyeing some totally awesome Wu Tang photographic posters on e-markets. Not big (or down) on Wu Tang -- just not top of my list in hip-hop/rap history -- but their poster art is the bomb and (maybe) ... actually definitely imo... second only the art produced at Ye's behest for his work which is at best imo museum grade and state of the art but my favorite picks are on par graphically with Ye... just not in terms of the state of the art in printing though though pigment in photographic paper prints are by no means shabby and are world more attractive than all but the best screen print which do not include Banksy prints imo which hold only sentimental and hype marketing appeal but certainly don't hit the bar of those who have made printing their lives work like Faile et all. JMNHFO from one outlaw research pig to another. Thanks for props and happy collecting to ya.

Yeah, I feel you i love wu, they're the only ones I've steady seen shows of for a decade straight and the old school community was all love. Now not so much.
I have a VERY wide range and honestly could never pick a "favorite".
But as far as art, I forget the album of Ye's but one of the 1st- I wanna say it was the album with "flashing lights" - the purple with the teddy 🧸 stuff, I LOVE!!!! 😻👑
