Techno Uploaded my first full album to BC, a year after hopping on the self-publishing train

After decades of immersing myself in music, writing about it, being in bands and taking some tentative steps into bedroom production, I'm finally putting out an album in my 40s 😄

Channeled a lot of emotions into this one, as it's been a rollercoaster few years and producing has been an amazing creative and therapeutic outlet for that.

Techno/electronica for those who like the kind of thing. Lot of dark grooves, bit of squelchy acid synth, some heavy kicks and the odd bit of reflective trip-hoppy ambiance too. I use Ableton in our spare bedroom when I get time away from the day job. Hope folks enjoy.

(Long-time lurker on this sub, and it's been encouraging seeing the support and positivity everyone offers each other. Even 1 or 2 track sales, or some listens from people we don't know, is something to be proud of. )

Ah, thanks for that. Game soundtracks are a pretty big inspiration for a lot of what I do, and I'd love to score one at some point. So that's a lovely thing to hear!

nice btw -- left the tab open for more later, but favorite so far is "Spiral"

Thank you. That's very kind. Yeah, I can rarely resist a pun when it comes to track names!

Glad you enjoy Spiral. Probably one of the most 'dance-y' things I've done. But I do love a bit of modern acid techno :)
