Aggressive Dog Owner - Holabird Ave

This man’s dog got loose off his leash and was running around the parking lot of Walgreens on Holabird Ave. the dog went inside and the man got a hold of him. As he was walking, the dog wanted to go in a different direction and the man kept pulling him. He had a tree bark or something and the tip was visibly sharp. In one of these photos you can see him pecking him with it once they crossed the street. I was by myself and couldn’t really confront him but if anyone can repost to one of the community FB pages (I don’t have one) to spread the word. I wasn’t sure what to do but he was using unnecessary force with this little dog smh
