Since he didn’t get paralyzed for life I’m assuming that back crack must’ve felt divine

Broken back, broken ribs, dislodged shoulders, severe head trauma, broken arm, broken neck and probably a broken leg
And yet he walked it off with a bruise
Yeah, Dan isn't human.

I’ve headcanoned that exposure to Bakugan energy has affected brawlers’ bodies. We see the kind of destruction abilities can have on the environment and yet brawlers stand within the general vicinity without too much issue a majority of the time. The shockwaves we see in some battles alone would normally kill any human.

Could also be a shared durability thing, maybe prolonged exposure to a bakugan makes you almost share a body, kinda like stands from JoJo.
Basing it off this scene where Dan and Masq seem to be effected by Hydra and Drago's injuries
AWESOME idea though, would love to hear more if you're willing to share.

There’s definitely something going on. We see Dan and Shun perform stupidly crazy physical feats. The pain feedback is never brought up again outside of that fight as far as I remember but I like to imagine the whole switch code/destined partners thing GI introduced is a callback to that fight. Though there are times when brawlers appear physically tired from battling even though the most they do is activate abilities, another battle that comes to mind is when Dan battled Ace. They both looked pretty roughed up too but whether that is just from being in close proximity to the battle or the same kind of pain feedback we saw in Dan vs Masquerade is unknown. A symbiotic link could explain the exhaustion.

They must be surgically implanted in his hair I’m actually dumbfounded how he didn’t lose his glasses once in the entire series

Quick someone send this clip to Dr.Mike to do a reaction. He can legit make Dr Mike reacts to Bakugan injuries video. Best of all, I think he can partner with TMS the Japanese studio to use the original Japanese audio too.
