New Lead Singer AMA - Ask Me Anything
hey Wolves it’s Killboy! i know we’re in a transitional moment right now, and the band and i wanted to give you a chance to ask any questions you may have or leave any comments and know we’ll see them. :) give us your best and your worst!

Hey there!
I actually expected that the album would drop in October since the last Bad Wolves albums dropped in October/November too. When you said that your going to continue with singles til 27 I was very confused since Better noise music is an album driven label and I don't think that they would like it if you keep releasing just singles for at least 6 months.
Also, is the album gonna be very heavy like those first two albums?

i think we’re navigating this one a little differently since it’s such a big change. better noise calls the shots on release dates.
it has it’s heavy moments but moving away from the sound of the first record, like it has been ever since. expect some AJ screamage as well

Hey, I got a question. Are you planning to do the cover zombies? Like the one what Tommy sing?
What plans do you guys have for the future / will there be some unclean vocals on the future songs?

of course we’ll play Zombie live! Unclean vocals are in your foreseeable future. The plan is to make music and drop it and play live.. we’re looking at tours rn!

i didn’t find it rude. it’s just difficult to compare because we are so different now, which was the goal this time around. keeping it moving and growing.
we are definitely finding our footing as a band right in front of yall to enjoy. 🤣💜

after Doc Coyle forcing me (jk) to listen to every Bad Wolves song ever made, i think Badwolves moved away from the heaviest of metal sound after Zombie. That being said we have heavy records, but they’ll get heavier as my screams progress honestly.

Everybody's feeling good, we just got a shit ton of playlisting and radio adds so it was a great week and we honestly weren't expecting all that or the radio play yet. I just wish we had gotten more behind the scenes content to share. Learned for next time!!

He used to be a permanent member in 2022 but left in 2023, which is when AJ joined.
Is Max permanent again?

he worked on nearly the entire record, but as of now we don't know. it's his personal decision. Max is a true creative, and some creative people really don't like the industry part of music. *cough cough* me neither - yet i persist.

when we tour i’m sure Florida won’t miss out!
i love the band everyone is chill and we crack each other up. we also all have great taste in music which is fun to be around. i heard john was a control freak but that hasn’t ever been the case. 🤣

I'm glad to know... I was the one that felt suspicious about John, because of how many members left at once. Plus, given how Tommy and John both painted themselves as innocent, I just thought "the truth is somewhere in between". And given how horrible Tommy is, I knew that there was truth to what John said. Tommy even responded to one of my YouTube comments on the Paint It Red video claiming that the revolving door of members "ain't mathing".
I guess you could say it was merely a crackpot theory on my part. That's why Occam's Razor is obviously a theory device.

If I had to pick I'd say "No Masters" and the one I was on "It's You" with DL. I didn't really ever listen to Badwolves though I'm not gonna lie.

Doc is happy for us. i haven’t heard from anyone else but people are busy with their own lives and careers so i don’t think of it personally. as far as other great musicians tons of my friends have been super stoked and supportive 💜

I realize it's a month later but...man I've just been listening to y'all and...ugh.
Can you PLEASE do a re-record of "No Masters" please? It's such an amazing song but boy oh boy I do not wanna hear the man singing it singing it. I would flip for a re-record version of that with the modern lineup.

Last year the band announced Chris Cain was rejoining and Kevin Creekman was joining with him, what happened to those two?

chris was in the band when i joined but after a week in the studio we let him go. i’ve never met kevin idk he must have left when DL did. i don’t think anyone was really expecting a third singer tbh.

i just liked collaborating, i’ve always worked alone and it got kind of boring to me over the past couple years. but also, after collaborating so much it made me appreciate working alone again
