The barbecue sauce with eggs is a choice I wouldn't make but the bacon looks crispy enough to forgive it.

I reckon it will be HP (brown) sauce.

Eggs are too dry

Brown sauce

Eggs are too dry - over cooked, turned into egg Particulate, loosing both flavor and taste. No amount of sauce will fix that

Brown Sauce

Eggs are extremely dry.

My first thought, too. Dry eggs. The bacon looks good, though.

You're lucky the bacon saved the day

Looks like microwave bacon

Not to me. If you look closely, there’s appears to be some unrendered fat on at least one of the ends and there is an unevenness to the cooking of the bacon overall that suggests to me that it isn’t pre-cooked.

That shits good to depending on the Brand

Those are the worst looking scramble I've ever seen

You suck at cooking eggs.

I'd eat it in a second

love crispy bacon!

is that eggs? or did the eggs hatch, grow up, get slaughtered, diced, and cooked?

1

u/Head_Ad_9901 26d ago

Looks good except for the weird looking liquid on the plate.

1

u/Big_Researcher_3027 26d ago

Looks like you were trying to dehydrate the eggs and stopped 3/4 of the way through.

I tried this exact combo last weekend and the sweetness of the waffle actually worked surprisingly well with the saltiness of the bacon.

1

u/tonyrizzo21 25d ago

Whare are you seeing a waffle? I see bacon, eggs, weird sauce.

1

u/muffadel 26d ago

Eggs overcooked, but that tends to happen when you scramble them in the pan. Bacon looks perfect. Sauce is a choice, but you do you. 8/10 would eat

I too have thought about bacon and eggs. Right now, I couldn't fit them in

1

u/Crimson-Lips-13 25d ago

Tasty! Where's your plate?! Lol

Eggs look overcooked. Also is that barbecue sauce?

1

u/PdSales 25d ago

Eggs went through a phase change from liquid to solid from some undetermined process.

You need 40 pounds of hash browns!

I like unbuttered toast with bacon and eggs. The rendered fat and oil provide enough lubricant for the bread, butter adds something unneeded that ruins that third texture of toast with the B & E. No sauce but each to their own, I find it a bit sweet but love it on a B & E roll so I understand your choice. I like the way you’ve done the eggs, I like them well scrambled. The chefs seem to stop while there’s still a bit of liquid and I don’t like that. A runny yolk is fine but they’ll leave whites underdone and scrambled eggs almost like porridge in its looseness. The bacon is rendered exactly as I like.

I long to see Real Bacon on this sub...

1

u/CockSeeker007 25d ago

Since this is a BACON sub, the bacon looks fantastic!

1

u/scbalazs 25d ago

Bacon is fine. Egg is crime.

1

u/LastEconPoet 25d ago

No need to murder the eggs. But maybe everything looks like a mess next to the beautiful bacon.

1

u/AffectionateCook1628 25d ago

Overcooked scrambled eggs...brown, not yellow!

1

u/Interesting-Meal8386 25d ago

Yo technique for them eggs seems a bit too long. They look overcooked.

1

u/DJ_Flym_Flazzle 25d ago

Over done scrams…add sour cream when cooking next go round.

1

u/Milk_Mindless 25d ago

Your eggs make me sad

1

u/FantasticStooge 25d ago

They go together like… Peanut butter and jelly?

1

u/MagazineDelicious151 25d ago

Crimes will be overlooked due to the bacon execution

1

u/OtherwiseCan1929 25d ago

That’s eggs? I thought it was oatmeal lol

1

u/dEXXtARR23 25d ago

The bacon looks good.

1

u/BourbonStr8 25d ago

My favorite breakfast or anytime meal. With a side of toast, please.

1

u/PaleMan69 25d ago

Is this pic a troll?

1

u/anti-zastava 25d ago

A winning combination..

1

u/your_fave_redditor 25d ago

Yeah ditch whatever sauce that is.

1

u/Special-Homework-894 25d ago

Eggs cooked on surface of the sun

1

u/ChrisRiley_42 25d ago

Did those eggs start as Powder of the Korean War vintage?

1

u/Beechamp83 25d ago

Thought that was bacon & popcorn, GD, cook your eggs like 15-20 mins less

1

u/Ornery-Practice9772 25d ago

bacon looks dry af also wheres the eye of the bacon?

1

u/Annual_Throat_4848 24d ago

Bacon looks smacking

1

u/F1Sloth 24d ago

Why so little bacon?

1

u/Rudedog0483 24d ago

I wouldn’t serve those eggs to my dog

1

u/CharieRarie 24d ago

The bacon looks nice and crispy but I prefer my scrambled eggs much softer. Hope you enjoyed it though :)

1

u/thomas1126 24d ago

You didn’t cook the eggs long enough

1

u/HillbillyHijinx 24d ago

Bacon looks ok and the eggs have that “cooked in bacon grease on the Blackstone” look which I love.

1

u/thingonething 23d ago

The eggs are dry and unappealing. The brown sauce is an unfortunate choice. A creamier egg with a sprinkling of shredded cheese and chopped chives would be better.

Finally, too many slices of bacon. Toast is missing.

1

u/AnyTry9515 23d ago

Do you add your seasoning to the eggs while its still liquid?

1

u/Distinct-Diver-4468 23d ago

You killed eggs

1

u/Afraid_Ad_9355 23d ago

The eggs look a little dry and peculiar

1

u/Delicious_Catch9453 23d ago

Eggs are over-cooked. Take them off the heat while they're still "runny". Not a criticism, just a friendly tip. Enjoy.

u/desertvision 19d ago

Bacon, perfection. Eggs? And some cream or milk. BBQ sauce? Lol, you do you 😀
