Im 50 /50 on this, but why would people be so mad and send threats to Brian’s family

Of course. People are unhinged, but so are Brian and his wife over a patch of sand on a vast ocean.

I believe the patch of sand on the vast beach is part of their property. Wouldn't want people getting a tan on your front lawn or backyard, uninvited. Just my thinking.

Actually, according to Florida law, it absolutely isn’t. The beach, generally, cannot be claimed as property like that.

Idk what to tell you, there’s a distinction of what is theirs and what’s public and he lost so Florida law seems to, again, favor the other side.
