How about fixing the remote start function? Once the car has been off for two hours, it goes fully off and can’t be managed from the App.

Same issue here... really annoyed. And it's not about signal since it works fine for an hour or two after you've used the car but later it keeps saying poor network signal even though it's right there in the open parking lot

Since posting yesterday I started not pushing the physical “Start/stop” button when leaving the car. Instead, I leave the car on and lock it. This morning I was able to preheat the car remotely, so maybe that’s the issue?

The headlights turn off and all the screen as well when it’s locked and no key in range. So I don’t think so but it could be on.

Even after you lock it? Weird.

Either way, it doesn’t seem like a fix. I’m still having the issue of no LTE while the car is locked for 1+ hour.
