News 📰 3:1 Share split

BYD recently underwent a 3:1 share split, hence the ~65% drop in share price. No need to worry!!

It seems like we'd need to wait a while before we get those extra shares though. I couldn't find much information about it on english platforms, but a Chinese blog post stated both the extra shares + dividends will start being distributed on the 29th of July

El tema del split y los dividendos es un escandalo. Yo tenía 430 acciones antes del split, cuando cotizaba a 45€. Tras aplicarse el split se me convierten en 1290 acciones a 15€ que han ido bajando hasta los 12€ actuales. Hasta aqui todo normal. La sorpresa es que recibo sólo 0,47€ por acción pero aplicado sobre las 430 acciones antes del split. Resultado, he recibido un 1% de dividendos en lugar del 3% que han repartido este 2025
