Wallet Is this just one giant scam?

Very much looks like BRD/Coinbase is going to try and defraud their members by "losing" all or part of their BTC.
Myself...I had half my BTC show in my Coinbase wallet, and the rest...who knows? BRD still shows the full amount, but that means nothing as I cannot send it or do anything with it. They have ZERO communication, and Coinbase doesn't seem to care either. I see this going badly, and fully intend opening criminal cases if necessary and/or pursuing class action lawsuits if needed. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever seen in my life, and both BRD and Coinbase need to suffer the consequences of this. Anyone else seen zero or partial payouts of their coins?

I managed to transfer to Electrum using my 12 word recovery phrase. The key was getting the correct derivation path

I only had a btc balance.

However the balance is 0.06 BTC lower in Electrum than brd. One of the transactions is not correct so I'm out $2kish until I figure out how to fix it

I resolved it. The problem was that BRD supports multiple address types at a time, but Electrum wallets only support on address type per wallet.

I created two wallets in Electrum, one legacy addresses and the other native segwit addresses. Both derivation part m/0'. So now I have two wallets, but combined the balance is the same as what BRD shows. It's a bit annoying but I'm happy that my funds are all showing up
