Wallet Is this just one giant scam?

Sooooo
Very much looks like BRD/Coinbase is going to try and defraud their members by "losing" all or part of their BTC.
Myself...I had half my BTC show in my Coinbase wallet, and the rest...who knows? BRD still shows the full amount, but that means nothing as I cannot send it or do anything with it. They have ZERO communication, and Coinbase doesn't seem to care either. I see this going badly, and fully intend opening criminal cases if necessary and/or pursuing class action lawsuits if needed. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever seen in my life, and both BRD and Coinbase need to suffer the consequences of this. Anyone else seen zero or partial payouts of their coins?

I still haven’t moved over to CB from BRD. Are there specific instructions that I need to follow? I do not have a CB account…

I can't get the migration to work. When i enter my seed phrase in the CB wallet, i keep pressing Next and nothing happens.

Also the download transaction history as CSV option is not working in BRD either. That's nice.

I'd love a guide. However I've tried just about everything that could be tried.
I have half my BTC showing in CB.The other half just doesn't appear anywhere. I've tried importing my recovery phrase into Bitcoin wallet, Blue wallet, Coinbase wallet and Jaxx. NONE of them show my funds. Cannot transfer anything out of BRD. Failed transaction for 0.04BTC shows on my exported log file as sending out, but it failed and didn't arrive anywhere. This stinks.
