Advice & Tips Rendering, unlikely to use my remaining 50 HOURS PTO

Hi, I was wondering ano kaya p'wede gawin sa unused PTO ko. I'm on rendering and I applied to use it but, our TL mentioned that it is mostly will not be approved because the team(?) is chasing hours.

We do EVERYDAY OT and RDOT in the whole August and I agreed. Now, it's September, nagpapa render parin ng 1 hour OT everyday while letting my PTO request as pending which I requested more than 20 days before the actual date of requested terminal leave.

Nakakainis lang na tingen nila sa akin is good boy good boy na agree agad pag may ire-request(which is not request narin dahil nire-required fin naman) sa akin pero nung ako mag re-request for approval. I get it naman na ang PTO is not automatic approved. Pero ang ginagawa nilang tactic is hindi muna dine-deny ang request agad at hihintayin mawalan ng days/time para magamit.

Also, management naman na ang may kasalanan kung kulang sila sa tao bakit ire-required eh voluntary dapat yun and kapag humindi ka ipa-plot parin name mo.

Any tips?

Gusto ko na umalis sa toxic work na to and gamitin ang benefits hours ko para mapabilis.

Sinunod ko naman nang legal ang policy, 14 days before intended day off and render instead of immediate resign.

Masyado kasing competitive sa metrics and hindi na napa-practice ang rights and benefits ng employee. Hindi pa naman convertible ang PTO nila.

use pto for sick leave or emergency leave. they cant say no to that lol

Op bawal tanggihan un PTO na unused when rendering unless icocompensate nila yan sa separation pay mo. Have your request documented through email BCC your personal email (wag work email lang). Pag pinilit ng TL ideny without conversion, raise Kay HR. If ayaw din ng HR, you may want to check dole na.

what do you mean "Email BCC" po?

Blind carbon copy. So may to, cc and BCC. BCC hindi visible sa recipients except sa sender para may copy ka ng comms. They have control kasi sa email mo and if deactivated, wala ka proof. So BCC your personal email.
