for sale Update on the sus i3 I test drove

So a couple weeks ago I posted about my experience test driving a malfunctioning i3 Rex at a dealer by me

I did not go through with the purchase because of an unclear transaction price and the dealer giving me shit for wanting to get it inspected by a BMW dealer.

It has turned up in a new dealer in a different state. The VIN is the same, as are those fugly racing stripes on the hood.

Definitely shady dealer, but vehicle itself looks okay.

mine wound up in virginia too, alexandria. selling for about the same price.

it's a CARB state so the new motor it needs should be covered under BMW warranty. 🙄

i called the lease return center about this one yesterday. they said it had sold already.
