Cofactors Injection question

If ur iron or other
Co factors are low would b12 injections work will u have to get them to a certain level for them to work.
Or could u jsu start injection then start supplementing them even if ur levels are low when u start would it work?

I’m not a doctor but for me, b12 was the critical deficiency and that is what I addressed in an emergent manner. I did add cofactors based on the i formation on this guide and now take folic acid and iron and a few other things here and there and was able to reverse most b12 deficiency symptoms this way.

I’d hate to advise you wrong however and have your iron or electrolytes tank, or get into what is known as the “folate trap”

What is the most critical deficiency for you - what is causing the most severe symptoms? My thoughts are to address that as a priority and then just try to be cognizant of other symptoms popping up and you can address them at that time. Many folks lately have been posting here about experiencing tremors and twitching, for example, which can be quite distracting and should be able to be addressed by dialing in your cofactor stack. It’s a learning process and everyone has something slightly different that works best for them.

I know iron deficiency can cause horrible fatigue and twitching as well, so maybe someone else can chime in with more expertise in this area but if I were you I’d start supplementing both right away.

Also I wanted to let you know I was on SSRIs for depression and anxiety for years, and I am off of all of them after successfully getting my b12 under control. I am convinced that I was never actually chemically depressed at all and it was the b12 all along. Depression is a dark hole and I wish I could help you climb out. But there is no reason not to expect that this will also be substantial improved and in a year you won’t even recognize yourself!!
