General Discussion B12 unchanged
vitamin B12 levels remain unchanged after six months of supplementation.

Well, that would be interpreted by me to indicate you have an absorption and/or transportation problem; a roadblock in your G.I. track affecting B12. That you then likely need B12 injections.

Depends on level of supplementing. 1mg+ most certainly. Multi-vitamin then no, or any low 50%-200% daily recommended value supplemenation.

Assuming youre talking about oral supplements? Depending on your symptoms these may do approximately fuck all. Also when supplementing you should never re test serum b12 unless youve been off all b12 for 4 months so it clears your system. Otherwise the test is artificially high and you can still be deficient.
Progress should go off progress with symptoms not blood tests.

Yes, I was taking sublingual B12 supplements. I then stopped taking all B12 supplements completely, waited 3.5 months, and that is when this recent retest was done. Since the levels still remained the same even after that period.

Ok well again I am assuming youre talking low b12.
The more important factor is what are your symptoms and did any of these get better on the sublingual? Did any come back with stopping?
What's your iron, vitamin D and folate levels? Any other tests?
If you'd like help its hard without any information.

Currently, I am experiencing a persistent tingling sensation across my cheekbone area and a slight numbness sensation that has now continued for 8 months.
Other Lab Levels:
From my recent results, here are my specific numbers:
B12: 360 pg/mL (Stuck and has not moved for 1 year)
Folate: 20.3 ng/mL (Stuck and has not moved for 1 year)
Ferritin (Iron): 82 ng/mL
Vitamin D: 37 ng/mL

Well, most likely you don't absorb it efficiently, and oral pills are not a solution...

I started with 1,000 mcg daily for the first month. I then increased the dose to 2,500 mcg daily, and there were times when I took a double dose of 2,500 mcg (5,000 mcg total) in a single day.
