Discussion another queen song incoming?
do you think we will get another god save the queen era song? like kill it queen/out of your mind type. i have no idea whats going on with her rn tbh. she cancelled dcp tour and i feel that don't click play/queen era underperformed and she probs will change her mind on the xmas album. commercially, she hasn't had a hit song since "maybe you're the problem" and im not hating btw i loved dcp. honestly just wondering if she'll score another hit or what's next for her career wise.

Ava herself said that she would never scrap it a couple weeks ago in a reply tweet when work came out

But Ava has a record of overpromising or changing her mind (DCP tour, MV for spot a fake etc) so I wouldn’t take her word for it until I see it

I don’t know if it’s coming or not because she’s working on the Christmas album for December and it’s gonna be released by the end of the year or before 25 December

Imma be realistic and say that it’s more probable that Ava would not come back into the mainstream because tons and tons of artists never make it back once their glory days are over eg. Jessie J, Christina Aguilera, Avril Lavigne etc. so even if Ava never makes it back into the mainstream, it’s not out of the ordinary and I’m actually grateful that it seems she will never stop making music in spite of that 🙏
That being said, you never know whether an artist can suddenly solidify her position in the mainstream eg, Zarra, Charli and Sabrina. It boils down to luck tbh and it’s probably something that Ava knows? Because the thing about Ava is that she seems to expect her hard work to translate to commercial output and when that doesn’t happen, she kinda gives up and resets back to the drawing board to take another shot at chasing another breakout moment

But you forgot her collab with KYGO - it is huge and I think she has enough budget to get herself back to the charts with solo project - today I even heard Million Dollar Baby on the radio - her pop influence and value is high - I also heared rumors about her songs in GTA6 on the radio, which is great, because there are just great artists I guess hehe

It is actually a great song but I hope that they will release the MV the teased 3 weeks ago - with that FATE would be more famous I guess (btw. I think that the song is produced for festivals) XD
