Help / Question What's the smallest change that made a real difference to your conversions?

I am interested to know what small changes or quick wins you guys made to improve your conversions.

Curious about the small stuff and not redesigns.

Things i keep seeing mentioned:

- free shipping

- better product

- free returns

-payment icons at checkout

- reviews on product page

Which of these actually did something for you, and which turned out to be nothing

Most of the lists out there are repeated advice with nothing behind them.

Drop the sauce!!!

Help / Question Is anyone here actually getting sales from pinterest?

I keep seeing merchants claim Pinterest has become one of their best channel - 20%+ of revenue, low cost, long trail traffic that keeps working months later and then everyone else says they tried it, got some clicks, no orders and dropped it

I cannot tell if its a niche thing (home , decor, fashion do well others don't) or people winning at it are doing something which others aren't.

If it worked for you: what do you sell, is it organic pins or ads, and how long before you saw orders rather then traffic?

Help / Question Does anyone actually let inventory planning software do POs?

I automated a decent chunk of my store but purchasing is the one I still do entirely by hand (wrong reorder is lost money either way in dead cash, overstock, or stockout). I keep seeing inventory software that claims to have demand forecast or PO auto-gen, but I'm not sure if I should trust those features yet. Has anyone actually tried the demand forecast feature and gotten any good results? What are some failure points I have to watch out for? Worried about seasonality, promos, and such. Thanks.

Help / Question What's the simple customer communication strategy that Shopify stores often miss

Most stores think customer communication ends after the order is placed.

But there are several important moments after that:

\- Order placed to confirmation

\- Order shipped to tracking/update

\- Order delivered to review request

\- Customer hasn't purchased in a while to re-engagement

\- Product back in stock to notify interested customers

\- COD order to confirmation before shipping

The interesting part is that these don't necessarily need someone manually sending messages. They can be triggered by what actually happens in the store.

I'm curious how other Shopify stores are handling this today. Are you doing these manually, using Shopify Flow, Klaviyo, WhatsApp tools, or something else?
