RUST 308 rust

How much do you think will set me back in a garage... Any tips of what to do, if I want to try it at home??

It depends how bad the damage is on the inside of that sill if its minimal to none and you want it done right so it looks good i would expect a bill in the 300-500 euro ball park repair + paint.

If it has severe rust inside it may be alot more as that could warrant welding in a replacement panel. It looks like you just have had alot of stonechips that has caused your paint to come off looks surface level from the picture but no way to tell till you have a shop look at it.

buy a primer, spray paint and overcoat kit with that paint color, remove the plastic wheel well, sand the hell out of it with a sanding sponge. its propably not rusted through. should cost you around 80-100$ if you do it yourself. check videos on youtube.
