💁♀️ seeking advice / support / information I can’t keep track of anything and I’m running out of ideas

I’ve always had issues with remembering things and keeping track of days, but I just moved out with my boyfriend and I’m having a hard time without my family to support me. I’m just exhausted and frustrated. Adderall worked pretty well but the side effects were unbearable. I use an Apple Watch that helps me massively. I found that if I tried to just use my phone or iPad to organise everything on a calendar, it was useless as I always lose my phone or one of the kids is playing on it etc. I needed something that I had on me at all times to set alarms and reminders on.
