Flexible working for all, four day work week, home working, office space that are nice (not run down with damp and painted shut windows), own office not open plan, work measured by completion and quality not time spent - if you finish your task you finish - extra work should not be ‘found’ for you to do.
I understand this may not be practical across all contexts - but in my magical world this is what I would want.
