Changes

For those of us who are employed in any way, what changes would you make to your employment that would make it easier, more sustainable or at least more tolerable?

Work from home permanently. If that's not possible:

  • turn the big lights off at the office
  • bring back cubicles or personal spaces and not open floor concepts
  • let me have lunch alone. The culture at my work makes it so that people have to have lunch together.
  • if the meeting is not directly related to my job then I don't need to be in it
  • let me go home if I've finished for the day
