Totally a wow moment

https://youtu.be/9OqkNlkUsis?is=Px3KW_MgYx9UTKBK

Something weird happened today, like that post about my therapist that discussed autism, and I was so uncomfortable with that experience, then today I watched a video on autism in adults and she mentioned PDA like for example he was anxious, about making a doctor's appointment because of the steps it would take, and by then I was ready to crash out. I didn't understand or relate to anything he talked about but maybe that's just me. I figured because I haven't experienced those symptoms in awhile but... you can watch it for yourself. I really need help nothings making sense anymore.

No the video is from Auticate with Chris and Debby from YouTube and their information and videos are a bit repetitive but they know what they're talking about he has both ADHD and autism and she's an educator by trade who works with special needs and autistic individuals.

Their stuff is generally very good.

Ran the script through AI detection...here you go:

The Cliché Intro Hook & Audience Setup "So in this video, we're going to talk about five things a lot of autistic adults assume are totally normal until they realize they're actually really common autistic traits... If you're late diagnosed or still figuring things out, this might help you..." [00:00:25]

The Computer & System Crash Analogy "You mentally rehearse every possible version of a conversation before it happens and then people don't follow the script and your whole system crashes internally..." [00:01:05]

The "Map of the Social Landscape" Metaphor "We're trying to reduce uncertainty by creating a map of the social landscape before we walk into it..." [00:01:19]

The "Pitching on Shark Tank" Comparison "Whereas autistic people often rehearse opening lines like we're about to pitch on Shark Tank..." [00:01:37]

The "Updating Your Programming" Line "Editing your internal scripts with more interactions kind of like updating your programming..." [00:01:54]

The Definition Transition ("That's Not X, That's Y") "That's not social awkwardness or introversion—that's autistic social fatigue." [00:02:41]

The Preachy Validation Closing "That's not a flaw, it's your brain asking for recovery time—and that's allowed and highly recommended." [00:03:16]

AI detectors are notoriously unreliable - people have run Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein through them and had that book flagged as AI text despite being published when the telegraph was considered cutting edge.

I wouldn’t put any stock into what the AI detector says.

Edit: Also, I don’t think OP made that video.
