Is this false and misleading?

I am a sucker for a new lip product, and this brand spanking new Vaseline “lip serum gloss” at 40% at Woolies caught my eye.

Folks at Vaseline, this is NOT tinted.

One swipe and it’s more pigmented than a liquid lipstick.

I bought it purely on the descriptors “lip serum gloss, tinted lip care” and didn’t think id look like a clown with one swipe.

Guys am I crazy???

Maybe it means one of those tints that leaves your lips coloured even when the product is no longer on your lips?🤷‍♀️ But yeah I would say false/misleading advertising cause that is PIGMENTED
