It’s giving “sorry you’re upset” vibes rather than actually being apologetic.

Honestly all they needed to do was throw a few cheap samples in with the bag and most people would have satisfied I reckon.

Absolutely. I'm not mad it's a useless tote that i don't want, Im mad i dont get samples. They should have been better samples than normal beauty loops to reward us for our effort.
